📋 Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using VS Digital Services ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with notice posted on site.

2. One Account Per Person

Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional rewards ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in:

• Immediate permanent ban of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of all accumulated points and pending withdrawals
• IP and device block from creating future accounts

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly forbidden:

• Bots and automation — using scripts, macros, or automated tools to claim rewards
• VPN / proxy abuse — using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions or fraud detection
• Fake captcha solving — using captcha-solving services or bots
• CPA fraud — completing CPA offers without genuine intent, using fake identities
• Referral fraud — referring fake accounts, self-referrals, or incentivised referrals
• Chargebacks — disputing transactions after receiving rewards
• Exploiting bugs — abusing platform bugs or vulnerabilities for extra earnings

4. Reward Rules

• Points have no cash value until converted to cryptocurrency at the specified conversion rate
• The conversion rate (points per USD) may change at any time
• Rewards are earned in good faith — fraudulently obtained rewards will be reversed
• Coupon codes are single-use per account and may expire without notice
• Referral bonuses are awarded only when the referred user completes the required activity count
• Daily bonus streaks reset if a day is missed — no exceptions
• Leaderboard prizes are distributed at the platform's discretion

5. Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals require a valid, active FaucetPay account
• Minimum withdrawal thresholds apply (displayed on the Withdraw page)
• Withdrawals may be placed in manual review for accounts with elevated risk scores
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals from accounts suspected of fraud
• Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed — blockchain network delays may apply
• Incorrect wallet addresses are the user's responsibility — we cannot reverse transactions

6. Account Suspension Policy

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for:

• Violation of any of these Terms of Service
• Suspected fraudulent activity (even if unconfirmed)
• Abuse of support systems or staff
• Inactivity exceeding 12 months

Suspended accounts may appeal via the Contact page. We are not obligated to provide reasons for suspension.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VS Digital Services is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific earning amounts, or that the platform will be available at all times. Cryptocurrency values fluctuate — point values in USD are estimates only.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use VS Digital Services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
